Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Document Live Plants

  For returns involving live plants, please upload a clear photo of the plant's current condition to help our horticulturalists assess the health of the specimen.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original boxes and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to ensure safe transit back to our nursery.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
