What is your 30-day guarantee?

We guarantee that your plant will arrive healthy. If your plant shows signs of distress or dies within the first 30 days of arrival, we will replace it free of charge.

Do I need to repot my plant immediately after delivery?

We recommend waiting at least 2-4 weeks before repotting. This allows your plant to acclimate to the light and humidity levels in its new home environment.

How do I know which plant is right for my low-light apartment?

Each product page features a 'Care Level' and 'Light Requirement' section. For low light, we highly recommend our Snake Plants, ZZ Plants, or Pothos varieties.
